Rule-based scoring
Evidence state, not a ranking.
We do not turn popularity, affiliate discovery metrics or anonymous allegations into safety scores. Every verdict is constrained by the strongest supportable source and its jurisdiction.
Evidence ladder
- Discovery. Affgate, search demand and SERP questions decide what enters the queue. They prove nothing about licence, legality, complaints or safety.
- Identity. We establish the brand, exact domain and disclosed operator without assuming similar names belong together.
- Primary local check. A current Jamaican regulator record is required for green and must match the exact domain and operator.
- Context. Press, forum and complaint pages show dated questions or allegations. They are not fact-checked findings by default.
- Limit. Every file states what was not established, including the absence of first-hand account or payment tests.
Signal rules
No weighted average can override these evidence gates.
Green: current local match
Only when a current primary Jamaican record matches the exact domain and operator. A green signal is not a guarantee of payouts or safety.
Amber: keep checking
Evidence is open, expired, foreign-only, incomplete or does not match the exact domain and operator. Most launch dossiers are amber.
Red: documented adverse
Reserved for an official adverse record or corroborated documented evidence. A complaint post alone never creates red.
Corrections and versioning
Submit a direct source and identify the exact claim through the correction form. We record access date, jurisdiction, evidence tier, supported claim and publication state before changing a verdict.
