Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Casino Check Jamaica. By accessing or using the website, you agree to follow them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the website.

Casino Check Jamaica provides general information for adults interested in checking gambling operators, licences, payment claims and complaint options relevant to Jamaica. It does not operate a casino, accept wagers, hold player funds or manage gambling accounts.

1. Who may use the website

The website is intended only for adults who are legally permitted to access gambling-related information where they live. You are responsible for confirming that your use complies with rules applying to you.

Do not use the website on behalf of a child or encourage a child to access gambling services. If gambling is causing concern, loss of control or financial pressure, use the responsible gambling information or seek urgent help.

Access is provided for personal, lawful and non-commercial use. We may restrict access where necessary to protect the website, its users or its content from misuse.

2. Information, not gambling or legal advice

Content is provided for general information and player-help purposes. It is not legal, financial, medical or gambling advice. It is also not a guarantee that an operator is suitable for you, that a service is lawful in every situation, or that gambling will be safe or profitable.

Casino Check Jamaica is not a gambling operator, payment provider, regulator, court or complaints authority. We cannot open or close a gambling account, approve a withdrawal, reverse a transaction, decide a dispute or recover money.

The official Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Act is available through Jamaica's Ministry of Justice laws library. Users who need an interpretation of legislation or advice about their own circumstances should consult an appropriately qualified professional or the relevant authority.

3. Licence and operator checks

The Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Commission publishes licence categories and links to lists of licensed operators. A regulator listing can help with a check, but the details must match the operator, legal entity and website address being investigated.

Information can change after it is checked. A licence may expire, a website address may change, or an operator may alter its services. Always compare current official records with the exact details presented by the gambling service. Our licence-check guidance explains the practical steps used to compare those details.

A favourable description, rating or listing is not permission to ignore current regulatory information. Likewise, the absence of information from our website does not by itself prove that an operator is licensed, unlicensed, trustworthy or unsafe.

4. Accuracy, updates and corrections

We aim to present information clearly and to distinguish official records from operator statements and user reports. However, we do not promise that every item will always be complete, current or free from error.

Dates attached to checks show when a source was reviewed; they do not confirm that the information remained unchanged afterwards. Where a material fact matters to a decision, verify it with the relevant authority or service before acting.

If you believe content is inaccurate, outdated or attributed to the wrong entity, send the relevant website address, the disputed wording and any supporting official record through our contact route. A correction request does not guarantee a particular outcome. We may assess the record, request clarification or retain wording where the available evidence supports it.

5. Payments and account decisions

Payment information describes methods, risks or claims that may be relevant to Jamaican users. The existence of a payment service does not establish that a particular casino accepts it. For example, Lynk describes funding through bank, card and Jam-Dex wallet options, but that information alone does not show acceptance by any casino.

Before making a deposit, confirm the available method inside the correct account and read the operator's current payment terms. Check the currency, minimum and maximum amounts, fees, identity requirements, withdrawal conditions and likely processing stages. Your bank, card issuer, wallet provider or operator may apply separate restrictions.

We do not process payments and cannot see transaction records. We are not responsible for a deposit, withdrawal, exchange-rate difference, fee, declined transaction, account suspension or payment delay arising from a third-party service. Never send us passwords, one-time codes, full card details or account credentials.

6. Complaints and disputes

Raise an account or transaction problem with the relevant operator or vendor first. Keep copies of messages, account notices, transaction references and the terms that applied at the time. Use factual language and state the resolution you are requesting.

The Consumer Affairs Commission accepts unresolved consumer complaints after the consumer has first raised the matter with the vendor. Whether it can assist with a particular gambling-related dispute depends on the circumstances and its remit. Our complaints guidance describes how to organise a record before approaching an external body.

Casino Check Jamaica may provide general complaint information, but it does not represent either party or determine who is correct. Sending us a complaint does not create a formal filing with an operator, regulator, consumer authority or court. Deadlines continue to apply independently of any message sent to us.

7. Acceptable use

You must not interfere with the operation or security of the website. Prohibited conduct includes attempting unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, overwhelming the service with automated requests, bypassing access controls, scraping content at a disruptive rate or testing security without written permission.

Do not use the website to impersonate another person, submit knowingly false allegations, threaten others, distribute unlawful material or expose private account information. Do not reproduce substantial parts of the content for a competing commercial service without permission.

Reasonable sharing of links and brief quotations for commentary or personal reference is permitted where the source is identified and the wording is not altered in a misleading way. Names and other identifying features belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

8. External services and links

The website may refer to regulators, public authorities, payment providers, gambling operators and other third parties. These services operate independently. A reference is not an endorsement, partnership or guarantee of availability, accuracy or performance.

Third parties control their own websites, accounts, privacy practices, security measures and terms. We are not responsible for changes they make or for loss arising from your decision to use them. Check the destination and its current terms before providing personal information or money.

Operator names may be used for identification and comparison. Their appearance does not mean that the operator sponsors, controls or approves Casino Check Jamaica.

9. Availability, responsibility and changes

We may update, correct, reorganise, suspend or remove content without notice. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults, security work or events outside our reasonable control. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or preservation of any user-submitted message.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, use of the website and reliance on its general information are at your own risk. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply as far as legally possible.

We may revise these terms when the service, content standards or relevant requirements change. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from your next use. Questions about these terms may be sent through the contact route. Do not include gambling-account passwords, full financial credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.
